Estimated Arrival Date
Since every item is custom-made to order, please allow for production and shipping times. We strive to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.
  • Production Time for Personalized Orders: 3-5 business days
Shipping Information

1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your personalized jewelry. Each piece is made-to-order and carefully created, which takes 3-5 business days. During peak periods or holidays, please allow for additional production time. For specific inquiries, contact us at support@mellovic.com.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
  • Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to ship.

    Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

    • Standard Shipping: Starts at €3.95
      • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 business days
    • Priority Shipping: Starts at €4.95
      • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 business days
    • Premium Shipping: Starts at €5.00
      • Includes additional protection for your order, covering scenarios like damaged or lost packages, for added peace of mind.
  • Note: During peak periods, please allow an additional 3-5 business days on top of the estimated delivery time.


3. Priority Processing
When you select the Express Shipping option, your order will be prioritized for faster processing. This helps to expedite both production and shipping, ensuring your item is on its way to you as soon as possible.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email within 3 business days after the production time is completed. Once your package has shipped, you can track its progress through the courier’s website using this tracking number.

5. Address Changes
Need to change your delivery address? No problem! Please contact us at support@mellovic.com before your item is shipped, and we’ll assist with updating the address.
