At Mellovic, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the refunds policy process simple and clear.

Non-Personalized Items:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, new and unworn non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be in the original condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available to complete the return process.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable due to third-party distribution arrangements.
Personalized Items:
Since personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, these can only be returned for an exchange or store credit. We aim to ensure these unique pieces meet your expectations, so please reach out to us with any concerns.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or with an error, we’re here to help. Please report any issues within 30 days of delivery:
  1. Visit our Contact Us page.
  2. Mention the relevant category or message (e.g., "My item is damaged," "There is a mistake in my order," etc.).
  3. Attach a clear photo of the damaged item and provide a brief description of the issue.
We will evaluate your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
Cancellation Policy

Personalized Orders:
As each personalized item is custom-made, production begins as soon as your order is submitted. Please notify us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. After this period:
  • We may still be able to offer an exchange or store credit if production has begun.
  • Once an item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Standard Orders:
For non-personalized items, cancellations are possible up until the item has shipped. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your request.
Gift Cards
Purchased gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
